Adam Blackford Club Coaching Co-ordinator

In discussion with both Pete Knight & Jon Higgins we all thought that this season our involvement as a Senior Section needed to be far greater with the Youth Section of the club. Various players have already been involved and have been received fantastically well but we need to increase this
significantly.

Adam has put together a season long Player Rotation Diary  so there are at least 3 senior players down on a Sunday.

Players will be a senior presence on the day and be involved in coaching sessions helping out the Youth section in anyway that they can. Senior players may also deliver and assist with developmental workshops with things such as lineouts, scrummaging & defence to name but a few. The youth section  always receives senior support with open arms and with this new programme in
place we hope that it can be maintained and developed as the years go by!
